The finest Bozeman restaurant experience is found at our Lodge: The Gallatin River Grill. We are the Gallatin Valley resident’s favorite for special dinners. Known for our attention to detail and exceptionally prepared cuisine, we have the best wine list in the area. A top shelf bar is also available.

Craig Seguin is our Executive Chef and trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  He brings over 20 years of experience to the Lodge and leads our fine kitchen staff.  We also have a superb service staff that offer excellent service in our three restaurant dining rooms.

Our menu reflects influences from different cuisines.  Entrees are developed with each season in mind.  This restaurant in Bozeman offers nightly specials which can include fresh seafood, bison and duckling. We use many local products from farms and ranches near Bozeman; including fresh produce, herbs, cheeses and a variety of meats. House-baked breads accompany each meal and to finish, we offer a creative selection of home made desserts to tempt your sweet tooth, including our house signature dessert, Crème Brule.

Dining in our “Patio Room” is a special experience as it opens onto our lawn and pond and offers a spectacular view of the Montana landscape. Our “Main Dining Room” has a century old back bar which offers western ambiance. Our “Executive Dining Room” is a smaller room dining space. We also offer dining outside on our patio, which is a nice option on summer evenings.

Bozeman’s best wine list is here. Our selections been reviewed by Wine Spectator and we’ve received an award of excellence for many years. We offer wines from California and the Northwest  U.S. as well as many other countries around the world.  

We serve dinner from 5 pm until 9 pm year-round. Our bar is open at 4 pm.

Bozeman’s local residents celebrate our 10^th year in business here and frequent our facility year-round.  We also offer private dining rooms for meetings, parties, rehearsal dinners and other events.
