Gallatin River LodgeThis year marks our 10th year of operation here and we're very fortunate to have many great friends, guests and organizations that have provided support for our business and our staff. Thank you!

As a special offer for our past guests, we are offering a 15% discount on our 2009 package trips this season. Call us at 888-387-0148. As we all begin to "pull up our bootstraps" from the reorganization of the world's economic situation, we can look forward to progress and hopefully a more harmonious world. Good friends, good experiences and a positive outlook for our future can only make this situation a thing of the past.

Guests this season can expect some good reduced airfares available by the airlines servicing Bozeman. We have another great snow pack this winter and should have another year of excellent fishing conditions on our area rivers. We also have new private water fishing options available for our Lodge guests this year.

As I enter my 4th decade of living and working in Montana, I still marvel at the beauty and opportunity here. I am fortunate to have a really great team that relishes the opportunity to make lasting impressions on our Lodge guests. My staff takes care in making your experience with us the best it can be. Enjoying our country and fly fishing our rivers, streams and spring creeks are one of the many privileges of our area and my guides and I look forward to providing some great memories. I hope you can join us this season.

I will be exhibiting and participating at the Virginia Fly Fishing Festival April 18-19 in Waynesboro, Virginia.

Meet the Staff
Gallatin River LodgeCraig Seguin, our Executive Chef, visited Napa Valley late last year and attended an extensive continuing education program at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. The program focused on many aspects of wine pairing. Craig is a 2000 graduate of the CIA in Hyde Park, New York. In addition to this experience, Craig has also achieved the First Level Master Wine Sommelier of The Court of Master Wine Sommeliers in Jackson Hole, WY (2006). He has worked with some of the top chefs in the world, and had the opportunity to be a part of the filming of "Great Chefs". His wealth of over 20 years of experience enhances our creative American cuisine and our guests' dining experience.

Craig is a Minnesota native and an avid ice hockey player. Craig also enjoys fly fishing, fly tying and climbing the mountain peaks in the Bozeman area.

Note From a Guest
Gallatin River LodgeWe had an absolutely amazing time at the lodge and on our fishing trip! You have a fantastic guide, Ryan, who is patient, knowledgeable, and a great guy. Your staff was so helpful and kind. I thought the outstanding service needed written acknowledgement. The room, the food, the service, was all fabulous!

Thanks again,

Dawn and Brian Kempisty

Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation
Gallatin River LodgeAbout two years ago, a group of individuals in our area formed an organization that provides high-quality therapeutic and rehabilitative recreation, primarily to young enlisted servicemen and women wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan still in rehab in the military hospital system. The Lodge and outfitter, Steve Gamble, has provided support for this program and it has been very rewarding for us and for all of its participants and volunteers. You can find out more about this Bozeman, Montana based Federally Approved 501(c)(3) Corporation at www.warriorsandquietwaters.org.

"Plenty of outfitters around Bozeman can put you on to hungry trout, but not many can tell you whether the Caymus Special Selection or a '96 Château Malescot would better complement your grilled bison. That's the kind of attention to detail you'll find at the Gallatin River Lodge, a 350-acre ranch ten miles west of town with frontage on the famed Gallatin River and more than 100 wine selections."
