PACKAGE RATES & RESERVATIONS

We welcome the opportunity to help you plan your trip and to coordinate arrangements for families and groups. The Lodge and Trout Cabin combined can accommodate 24 guests. Lodge rooms can sleep up to three guests and have a king or queen bed plus a long twin. Our Trout Cabin Suite can accommdodate five guests in two bedrooms with a queen bed in each plus a long twin bed in the living room. Trout Cabin bedrooms can accommodate two guests with a king or two long twin beds. All have private bathrooms. Lodge rooms have large jacuzzi tubs and showers. Trout Cabin bedrooms have a large shower.

Package rates for three to six guests sharing a room or suite are quoted on an individual basis.

Rates do not include 7% state tax on lodging portion of package or dining and staff gratuities.

Lodge Room, all meals, double occupancy: $400 per person/night

Trout Cabin Room, all meals, double occupancy: $375 per person/night

Lodge Room, all meals, single occupancy: $500 per person/night

Trout Cabin Room, all meals, single occupancy: $450 per person/night

These rates include three meals per day and airport transportation from Bozeman/Yellowstone International (BZN). Guests may choose any number of days they prefer guide service. See the guide service information below.

PACKAGE RESERVATION POLICY: To confirm a reservation, we must receive a 50% deposit within 7 days. We prefer personal or business checks, but accept credit cards.

Cancellation or change of all or part of your trip before your scheduled arrival:

90 days or more: Refund of deposit less $50. 

7 to 89 days: We will provide a credit of 50% of the deposit for up to one season following the season of cancellation OR apply the deposit to a reservation for other dates in the same calendar year if available.

1 to 6 days: Deposit forfeited.

Groups taking 3 rooms or more are responsible for full payment 30 days prior to arrival. Please consider trip cancellation insurance which is available on-line or with most travel agents. We cannot make refunds for late cancellations due to medical, family, or business emergencies or other unexpected events.

HIGH SEASON ONE NIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Reservations for one night stays are available during our high season.  If you wish to stay with us and prefer not to have meals included in your package, please call for a rate quote.

These are our special rates available for reservation inquires only within 2 weeks of your arrival date and are subject to last minute availability.

LOW SEASON ONE NIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Low Season:  From today until April 12, 2012 & October 15-December 31, 2012.

ONE NIGHT STAY DEPOSITS & POLICIES: Nightly reservations require a one-night deposit, or 50% for stays of two or more nights. If the reservation for a nightly stay is canceled 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. These rates include a complete hot breakfast for each guest and airport transportation. Lodging taxes (7%) and gratuities are not included.

WINTER ROMANCE PACKAGE SPECIAL:  One night's stay in a jacuzzi suite with fireplace, dinner for two off of our menu, a bottle of wine and breakfast. This package is $250 plus tax and gratuities. This is a great Christmas gift! Offered until April 12, 2012.

ADD ON:  an In-Room Massage, her favorite Flower Arrangement - Posie Patch, or even a scenic Helicopter Ride - Rocky Mountain Rotors

FLY FISHING GUIDE SERVICE

Float Trips: Fly fish southwest Montana’s famous trout rivers in our drift boats with an experienced guide at the oars. We float the Lower Gallatin, Missouri, Madison, Jefferson and Yellowstone Rivers. We provide guide service, fly fishing tackle if needed, transportation, a delicious lunch and beverages.

One or Two Anglers $475

Walk & Wade Fishing: We offer walk and wade trips on area rivers and streams as well as additional private access locations. We also offer guide service on famous spring creeks nearby such as the MZ Ranch, DePuy's, Armstrong's and Nelson's. We provide guide service, fly fishing tackle, transportation, a delicious lunch and beverages. Additional rod fees and reservations are required for private spring creek and private lake fishing. Please contact us early to guarantee reservations!

One or Two Anglers $475  /  Three Anglers $550

Half Day Float or Walk & Wade Trips: $375, one or two anglers.

HORSEBACK RIDING, WHITEWATER RAFTING, GUIDED HIKING and other activities are available nearby. Please inquire.
